FORCED ARMING USING THE MENU
(extra user and manager))
With forced arming, open zones are automatically inhibited during arming. Because the zones to be inhibited
have not been specified in advance, this option should only be used when absolutely necessary. Forced
arming is only possible if this option has been enabled.
Zones which cannot be inhibited via the ‘Inhibit’ menu cannot be inhibited now and will block arming. When
using this method of forced arming, only a full arming is possible.
Because the system is split, you can select one or more areas from the available security areas.
1. Go to the keypad. The current status of the areas is shown
in the display.

2. Press the 0 key and then enter your code.

A ‘*’ appears in the display for every key you press. Use the
0 key to cancel an incorrect entry

3. This is the first menu option from which you can make a
selection. Press the ‘ââ‘ key to move to the ‘Inhibit’ menu.

To arm area 1, therefore, enter ‘1’.

4. Press the accept key to use the option list.

5. Use the ‘ââ’ key to go to ‘Forced Arm’

6. Press the accept key ‘üü’ to effect a forced arm.

The system will now begin a forced arm.

If you are not allowed to use forced arm, the message ‘Not
Authorised’ appears.

The beeper begins to beep. This means that the exit time is
starting

Area 1 begins to arm.
You can now leave the secured area.

Area 1 is now armed.
The current status of the areas appears automatically.
